An international non-governmental organization, headquartered in New York City, that conducts research and advocacy on human rights required Salesforce Administration setup and support.

The Solution

Smart IMS set up the required Salesforce applications across different sandboxes using Change Sets. Additionally, we managed add-in applications on the platform such as Apsona, Donor Search, and Strongpoint.

A significant part of the project was user provisioning, which involved setting up users and assigning appropriate roles, profiles, and permissions to restrict or allow access to critical data.
